Škrlet
Dry white wine
A rare indigenous Moslavina variety with a delicate aroma and pronounced bouquet, pale straw in colour. Pairs well with fish, white meat, cold pasta salads and rich, creamy soups.

Wood interiors, warm tones and carefully laid tables — a place where lunch turns into conversation. This is not about rushing, but slow enjoyment and the easy company we remember from Posavina homes.
The menu follows what the woods, fields and Strug bring to the tavern.

Florijanović winery
On the slopes of Moslavina hill between Popovača and Voloder, the Florijanović family tends 5 hectares overlooking Lonjsko Polje — built around indigenous Škrlet, with other continental varieties and a modern cellar. The winery regularly wins awards for wine quality.

Dry red wine
Ruby red, fresh and fruity, with cherry notes and mild herbal spice. Ideal with dark meat, small game, lightly spicy dishes and fine cheeses.
Home kitchen
We follow Posavina recipes: bread, pasta and gnocchi are made in our kitchen, with vegetables from nearby family farms. Soups, mains and sides taste like something that never saw an industrial line.

Sweet finish
Tačkrle, dumplings, pies and cakes — sweet courses still made by hand, with fruit, poppy seeds and sour cream, the Posavina way.

We are at the southern entrance to Lonjsko Polje Nature Park, in the village of Plesmo — just one kilometre from Krapje, a European cultural heritage landmark.
Lonjsko Polje is one of Europe’s largest and best-preserved natural floodplains — home to white storks, wild Posavina horses, and untouched river wilderness.
The landing is in Plesmo village — just a few steps from us. Near-silent solar boats carry up to 12 passengers along hidden backwaters of the Strug, past wooded banks and flood meadows. Perfect for families and nature lovers alike. Available April through October.
